This recipe is also from my son’s birthday party – I think I ended up going the southern cooking route with pulled pork, baked beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw….gotta love me some southern cooking – shout out to my sista’s Emily & Tara in MS.
These beans were a hit but warning they take a long time to make – lots of prep time! But I share this recipe since it is so worth it. I love making meals from scratch….homemade YUM.
Notes about these beans I thought they were a bit too smokey and I would cut down on the molasses….but again I still really liked. But my Grandma and husband thought they were perfect and wouldn’t change a thing. Either way these baked beans will please.
