I am so excited to post this recipe. I can not tell you how good these green beans were. I served them with dinner last night and only 4 beans were left from the 1 whole pound I made. My lil’ boys chewed ’em right down
I am also super excited to share this since our local farmers market is tomorrow – Wednesday- (also Saturday if you don’t make it) so I want all my friends to get their green beans so you can make this.
In my photo some of the beans look dark – no they are not burnt. I bought them from the farmers market and I already forgot what she called them. There was just a handful of these beautiful dark purple green beans.
I got a whole pound for only $2.00. These big long beautiful green (purple) beans.
Now the only tricky part is I am not sure if our local grocery carries Miso. It would be in the asian section. I bought mine from Willy Street Co-op..it was in a bag on the shelf. I really hope you can find it…maybe the local Grainery store or Whole Foods?
