Winter Salad with Clementine Dressing and Vanilla Bean Candied Walnuts

yeah i know that is quite the title huh….but it says it all.

and i really think my photo shows it all.

the freshness of this salad is so good…

the clementine’s…and then the crunch of the walnuts…then the chewy craisins.

i personally could not get enough of this salad.

the dressing was delicious…i wanted to pour it on everything!

you won’t be disappointed!

oh and don’t forget the flat leaf parsley it really does add a touch of wonderful contrasting taste to the leaf lettuce.

yummy vanilla bean walnuts! I bought vanilla beans 4 months ago and I have not used them. Perhaps this is my perfect opportunity.

This salad looks great girl! Sometimes you have to put the whole lengthy description in when describing a recipe. I have some recipes on my blog that are a mouthful to say, but they do help with google searches. It’s funny some of the things people type in for searches. Have you ever taken a look at your analytics and had a crack up? I laugh at some of the searches that lead people to my blog, and sometimes they have nothing to do with cooking :)
I love parsley. I rinse a bunch off just to snack on mid-day as it gives me a palate cleanse. Happy Monday sister!
xoxo, Jackie
