I kept coming back to this recipe. It kept pulling me back saying make me, make me. And I conveniently had 2 ripe avocados on my counter. So I listened to the pull and pulled out my Kitchen Aid and began baking.
Now I’ve had chocolate avocado pudding before from a Raw Cooking class and it was soooooo good. I knew these would not disappoint. The main thing I did differently from the recipe source was I omitted the frosting. I just don’t like frosting on my brownies. Not that I wouldn’t eat a brownie that had frosting on it - I just wouldn’t make a brownie with frosting on it. LOL
These brownies are ooey gooey…and no worries you won’t taste any avocado. Just think of all that wonderful nutrients avocados provide so we now have a slightly healthier brownie.
